Job Description
Responsible for leading the team in planning, preparation, training, development, production, and submittal of the non-recurring work proposal. Provides management coordination with staff departments, appropriate operations (project) management. Responsible for RFP compliance throughout the proposal process. Supervises activities of, and coordinates with subject matter experts and others assigned to the proposal team.

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of government procurement
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience
- Valid US Passport
- Valid US SECRET Security Clearance
